The objective is to identify and engage with key players in the local transport systems market, fostering business connections by facilitating interactions between these entities and the Cluster’s members.
Project Background:
CARA, a prominent entity focused on research and innovation in the transport systems sector, sought to strengthen its network and create collaborative business opportunities. To achieve this, CARA engaged Source of Asia (SOA)’s services to identify significant players within the local market and orchestrate interactions between them and the Cluster members. Initially planned as a physical business trip to France, the project was adapted to utilize online platforms for introductory meetings due to prevailing circumstances.
Solutions:
In response to CARA’s requirements, SOA team formulated a multifaceted solution that encompassed several key steps:
- Database Development: We meticulously compiled a comprehensive database of potential partners within the transport systems sector, focusing on key stakeholders who could contribute meaningfully to collaborations.
- Project Goal Refinement: Given the evolving circumstances and travel limitations, we adapted the project’s scope to prioritize online introductory meetings as a means to connect businesses and explore opportunities.
- Coordination and Facilitation: We undertook the pivotal role of coordinating and facilitating the online B2B meetings, ensuring seamless interactions between CARA’s representatives and the identified potential partners.
Results:
The collaboration between CARA and SOA resulted in significant achievements.
- Lead Identification: We successfully identified and qualified two promising leads, both national leaders in the automotive industry.
- B2B Meeting Achievement: Through our coordination, a pivotal B2B meeting was orchestrated. This meeting involved CARA and the most significant manufacturer of electric vehicles in the region, opening avenues for discussions and potential joint endeavors.
