A. Sourcing and Supply Chain solutions:
- Conducted a comprehensive SWOT analysis of selected Southeast Asian countries to create a pre-listing of potential suppliers.
- Identified and qualified potential suppliers, validating a first selection with Decowraps.
Results:
- Identified over 100 potential suppliers in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia.
- Provided a segment information report to facilitate Decowraps’ decision-making process, offering valuable insights.
B. Corporate services’ solutions:
- We provided recruitment services, with one successful project completed and another currently in progress, along with our coaching service to support the CEO of Decowraps to work efficiently with the team.
Results:
- Completed three audit days and delivered an audit report, providing crucial insights into assessed factories and their readiness for Decowraps’ manufacturing operations.
- Identified 40 ERP suppliers, offering potential options for streamlining Decowraps’ processes through the implementation of an ERP system.
These results empowered Decowraps to successfully diversify its supply chain, mitigate risks, and expand its operations in Southeast Asia.
