About XINTEC

Founded in 2014, XINTEC is a Hong Kong-funded enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of sensor products.

The company has branches in Hong Kong, the United States, China, and has set up multiple production bases in Shenzhen & Huizhou, Chinaand is setting up the new one in Vietnam. They are in processing of IPO in Hong Kong and this project is sponsored partly by Hong KongGovernment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the daily operation of the HR & Admin department
• Conduct HR report & analysis
• Establish HR policies and staff handbook for company
• Recruit and hire stable staffs for company
• Train and motivate staffs with company culture
• Control and meet HR budget
• Apply travel visa and working permit of oversea staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in management subjects is preferred
• 5 years or above experience in manufacturing
• Good communication skills
• Good oral and written Vietnamese and English or Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Outlook, excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Work in Quang Nam Province
