About XINTEC

Founded in 2014, XINTEC is a Hong Kong-funded enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of sensor products.

The company has branches in Hong Kong, the United States, China, and has set up multiple production bases in Shenzhen & Huizhou, Chinaand is setting up the new one in Vietnam. They are in processing of IPO in Hong Kong and this project is sponsored partly by Hong KongGovernment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operation of the production line to accomplish production target
• Achieve quality and efficiency-related management objectives
• Participate in the production planning
• Train and motivate the team
• Conduct regular operational reviews and continued improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering is preferred
• 10 years or above experience in manufacturing in Electronics products, Assemblies and Injection Molding
• Knowledge in ISO9001 and IATF16949 system
• Good management, leadership and communication skill
• Good oral and written Vietnamese/Chinese (Mandarin) or Vietnamese/English
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Work in Danang/Quang Nam city
