The “Employing Foreign Experts in Vietnam” workshop, held on April 19, was a great success and the Source of Asia (SOA) team was delighted to be invited to the workshop. In collaboration with the Central and Eastern European Chambers of Commerce in Vietnam (CEEC) and NordCham Vietnam, the workshop covered best practices and legal issues related to the recruitment of foreign experts in Vietnam.
The seminar highlighted the challenges of investors when recruiting and using foreign experts in Vietnam. Ms. Tra Le, SOA’s Market Expansion Director, was one of the speakers who spoke to the audience and shared current market needs, cultural barriers and gaps in expectations and distribution.
