20th November 2025 – Hochiminh City. Work the Nordic Way 2025, NordCham Vietnam’s flagship employer branding conference, wrapped up the year with strong engagement and meaningful conversations. Under the theme “Nordic Work Culture in Action,” the event brought together business leaders, HR professionals, Nordic companies, and future talents to explore how Nordic values are reshaping modern workplaces in Vietnam.

The event had six conferences, nine workshops, and an active Talent Zone where Source of Asia (SOA) took part to meet future young talents. The full-day program offered participants practical insights, new perspectives, and real connections.

Inside the Nordic Way: What Happened at the Event

Work the Nordic Way 2025 offered participants a clear and practical look at how Nordic principles can improve leadership, teamwork, and workplace culture. The event unfolded in three main parts:

6 sessions provided an accessible introduction to the values that make Nordic workplaces stand out.

Leaders and speakers highlighted how transparency, flat hierarchies, and people-first decision-making create environments where employees feel safe, motivated, and empowered to contribute.

Attendees gained a deeper understanding of how Nordic principles, such as autonomy, mutual trust, work-life balance, and open communication, strengthen team performance and help organizations attract and retain the right talent.

Nine Workshops: Turning Ideas into Real Actions

The afternoon workshops turned these principles into actionable methods. Through teamwork activities, case discussions, and real-life scenarios, participants explored:

  • Practical techniques to strengthen creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • How to build inclusive and psychologically safe workplaces.
  • Tools to reduce the graduate – employer skill gap.

  • Strategies to build resilient, future-ready teams.

These sessions showed that Nordic values are not abstract ideals; they are practical frameworks that can help Vietnamese companies build healthier, more agile, and more innovative workplaces.

Talent Zone: Where SOA and other Partners Connected with Future

The Talent Zone created a lively environment where students and young professionals could meet employers directly.

SOA’s booth welcomed many participants who were eager to:

  • Understand how SOA supports global companies in ASEAN.
