Objectives 

The client aimed to explore new opportunities in Southeast Asia. Their main goal was to understand the medical device market and find strong distributors for their cardiology products. Therefore, they turned to SOA for market analysis and prospection support. We guided their early-stage expansion plan and helped them define a clear market-entry strategy.

Project Background 

The company is an ambitious, innovative medical technology company in Europe. The company actively expands into international markets. Vietnam and Indonesia offer strong growth, as both countries continue to increase healthcare spending. Moreover, investment in medical technology keeps rising, which makes both markets highly attractive.

However, each country presents different challenges. Regulations are complex, and local distributor networks can be hard to understand.
