Hosted in partnership with Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes and BPI France, this special workshop, dedicated to ASEAN Export, aims to help companies from Saint-Étienne, Roanne, and Clermont-Ferrand better understand how to approach and succeed in one of the world’s most promising regions. In other words, it provides a direct link between French innovation and Southeast Asia’s fast-growing economies.

The ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region includes ten fast-growing economies such as Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. It continues to strengthen its role as a hub for trade and investment.
With a combined population of over 680 million people and sustained GDP growth averaging 4–5%, ASEAN offers fertile ground for French small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking new growth avenues and international expansion.
The ATELIER EXPORT ASEAN will take place on October 14, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00 at Gier Industries, L’Horme (42), followed by a networking lunch (13:00–14:00, by reservation). The event forms part of Globallians’ ongoing initiative to bridge French regional industries with emerging markets in Asia.

Two experienced speakers will share practical insights drawn from years of on-the-ground experience in international trade and regional cooperation:
- Stéphane Santia Andrews, Chargé d’Affaires International – Loire Auvergne at BPI France. He will discuss financial solutions, export guarantees, and support mechanisms available for French companies planning to invest or trade in ASEAN markets.
- Zacharie Blondeau, Managing Partner & COO at Source of Asia (SOA). He will present real-world perspectives on market entry strategies, local partnerships, and the evolving trade environment across ASEAN Export ecosystem.
Together, their presentations will combine vision and action. Attendees will learn how to comply with local regulations, identify reliable partners, and make full use of France’s export support programs.
