Objective: to develop brand awareness and enhance the brand image of French Furniture, an organization specializing in home living and decoration, particularly focusing on promoting their “My furniture is French” brand.

Project Background: 

French Furniture, a prominent player in the home living and decoration sector, approached Source of Asia (SOA) to create brand awareness and strengthen their brand image, specifically highlighting the craftsmanship and quality associated with furniture “Made in France” in Vietnam market.  

Solutions: 

To address the client’s request, SOA implemented the following solutions: 

  1. Creation and Management of French Furniture Facebook Page: SOA created and effectively managed the French Furniture Facebook page, utilizing social media as a platform to showcase the company’s products, heritage, and the unique value proposition of “Made in France” furniture. Regular updates, engaging content, and interactions with the audience were conducted to build a loyal following and increase brand awareness. 
  2. Direct Introduction of French Brands to Interior Design Companies: SOA facilitated direct introductions between French Furniture and interior design companies. By establishing connections and promoting collaborations, French Furniture could showcase their products to industry professionals, enhancing their visibility and expanding their network of potential customers. 
  3. Press Relations: SOA implemented press relations strategies, including advertorials and editorials, to secure coverage in relevant media outlets. By highlighting the distinct features and superior quality of French Furniture’s products, these press coverages aimed to raise awareness among the target audience and further establish the brand’s credibility.

Results: 

Source of Asia successfully supported French Furniture with the following results: 

  • Identified over 500 design companies that presented potential partnership opportunities, allowing French Furniture to forge connections and explore collaborative projects within the industry. 
  • Achieved a significant milestone of 4,322 Facebook followers within one year, demonstrating the growing brand awareness and engagement in social media platform with the target audience. 
  • Secured 3 press coverages, featuring French Furniture in prominent media outlets. These press mentions enhanced the brand’s visibility, credibility, and positioned them as a leading player in the “Made in France” furniture industry. 

With these results, French Furniture has made substantial progress in developing brand awareness and shaping a positive brand image. By leveraging social media, establishing partnerships with interior design companies, and securing press coverage, French Furniture is well-positioned to strengthen its presence in the home living and decoration sector, promoting the craftsmanship and quality associated with furniture “Made in France”.
