For two decades, Source of Asia has been on a mission to seize opportunities offered by Vietnam and ASEAN to make your internationalization become a reality. The conversion rate between companies who initiate an international expansion plan and companies who actually have secured some business 2 years later is very low! The causes are always the same: misunderstandings of a new business environment; lack of local presence; and difficulty to access the right networks and information.
