On April 25th, the Source of Asia (SOA) in collaboration with the Investment and Trade Promotion Center of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) successfully organized a seminar entitled “Exploring Opportunities for the Vietnamese furniture industry to Expand into European and American Markets.” The event was attended by more than 50 business representatives from the southern provinces, making it a resounding success.

During the seminar, participants gained insights and valuable knowledge from various perspectives, including specialized associations, business experts, and market needs. The discussions revolved around the challenges and difficulties faced by the wood industry, such as the origin of raw materials, price competition, and the risk of trade defense lawsuits.

The seminar was a significant success, and the organizers thanked ITPC for co-organizing the event. It provided a lot of value to businesses by connecting them with the right organizations to help them prepare and be ready for the path of export. Overall, it was a beneficial and insightful experience for all participants.

Source of Asia looks forward to hosting similar events to support the Vietnamese furniture industry’s expansion into the international arena.
