SVR Laboratories, a French dermocosmetic company established in 1962, is known for developing innovative personal care products. With a global presence in over 50 countries, SVR aimed to further expand its footprint into Asia, with Vietnam as the starting point for long-term growth. To achieve this, SVR required assistance in setting up operations and establishing a strong local management team.
