A Gathering of Global Minds and Meaningful Exchange

The energy at UEIE 2025 was palpable. In a world where global trade is being reshaped by protectionist policies, new market access rules, and shifting value chains, the event served as a platform for collective intelligence, shared experiences, and real solutions.

Through inspiring keynote talks and rich testimonial sessions, attendees explored what “international performance” truly means today—not just in numbers, but in mindset, adaptability, and long-term vision.

Highlights from the plenary sessions included:

  • “International Performance: What Wealth Creation for France?” – examining the broader economic value of international business.

  • “Performance Without Borders” – comparing global practices and success models.

  • “Performing with Numbers… but Also with Purpose” – a call for balancing metrics with meaning.

Key themes explored during the workshops included:

  • Strategy & Organization: Intercultural leadership, market entry, and international governance models.

  • Innovation & Digital Transformation: E-export readiness, AI applications, and adapting products and services for global markets.

  • Risk & Compliance: Supply chain optimization, trade finance, customs, and sustainable practices (CSR).

  • Human Capital & Ecosystems: International HR strategies, performance psychology, and leveraging support systems, including European programs.

Each session brought real-world case studies and practical takeaways that businesses can apply immediately to their internationalization strategies.

Connecting Through Conversations and Community

One of the most valuable aspects of UEIE 2025 was the opportunity to connect. From structured networking moments to informal evening gatherings, the event created a welcoming environment where partnerships were formed, ideas were sparked, and future collaborations were seeded.

For Source of Asia, it was also a chance to reconnect with long-time partners from the OSCI network, meet new faces in the internationalization ecosystem, and share our own journey of supporting companies in Southeast Asia and beyond.
